Hello mate,

Great Work! I just received my APC40 and have been experimenting with bome and midi-ox. I may have an explanation for the glitching. I ran into the same problems; it is hardware related. I found that running the apc40 in the default "generic mode" is the only way to bank the lower pots. The pot banks are switched internally when the bank select or "layer" buttons are selected. However, in generic mode; the bank select or "layer" buttons do not have their own unique midi signature; they don't output their own signal. Instead, what happens is that the apc40 sends the state and status of all the controllers (in the selected bank) to Resolume. Resolume does not know what to do with all that data, so it randomly selects one message (usually pots 1-3) when trying to map the bank select buttons to layer select. You can confirm this by attempting to map a bank select button to layer select and keep hitting the same button and you will see the midi message (or key) indicator change. I did find a work around, by mapping the bankable "detail view" to select the layer, instead of the bank select. This requires one additional step to pull up the layer, but it works fine. With this method you can also adjust different layer effects with out switching layers, although some features are not available until the layer is actually selected using "detail view", (effect mute, kill, ect). Hope it helps. Your button lights config is shiny. All the luck! NNM
